您好!感谢您选择TEssay留学申请服务。
良好高效的合作是帮助您申请成功的关键要素之一。留学申请过程漫长而繁冗,而您与我们的良好合作不
仅可以帮助您减轻申请压力,还可以有效高效地帮助您解决申请过程中各种问题。作为合作中的甲乙两
方,您与我们有着一个共同的目标:尽最大的努力帮助您申请到让您满意的学校。为了保证您与我们长期合
作的有效性和高效性,请您遵守以下准则:
沟通政策
- 所有正式沟通必须通过电子邮件进行, 以完整保存沟通历史。
- 请勿使用微信/WhatsApp/短信等即时通讯工具使用进行服务相关的讨论。
- 我们将在工作日的北京时间上午10点前回复申请相关邮件。
- 若客户暂时无法配合(如因考试、实习等原因)申请准备工作,请及时通知我们以调整时间安排。
- 所有语音通话需至少提前48小时预约且经双方邮件确认后方可进行。
职业行为
- 请保持专业文明的行为, 禁止任何对TEssay工作人员或其他客户的不尊重行为(包括
侮辱、威胁或攻击性语言)。
- 请勿使用任何贬损性语言或对TEssay工作人员或其他客户进行任何形式的骚扰。
- 请勿质疑价格或对我们的定价、商业模式及运营发表不当评论。如客户对价格不满,
有权选择不购买服务,已购买服务的情况下有权选择终止合同,退款(如适用)将按服务协议条款执行。
- 所有提交的文件及信息必须真实准确,禁止虚假或误导性内容。
- 服务请求需与所购服务匹配,附加服务需另行付费。
- 遇到问题请及时告知,我们将在能力范围内协助解决。
支付与退款政策
- 我们提供的所有价格均为最终定价,不可议价
- 退款(如适用)将按服务协议条款执行
保密与责任
- 我们将保护您的数据,但您需确保提供信息准确
- 虚假材料(如成绩单、简历造假)将导致协议自动终止
服务终止条款
违反本准则(如不尊重行为、骚扰、提供虚假文件等)将导致:
争议解决
- 任何异议必须通过邮件正式提交
- 我们有权拒绝服务违反本准则的客户

TEssay Analytics Customer Code of Conduct
Hello! Thank you for choosing TEssay study abroad application service.
Please read the following terms carefully to ensure a smooth collaboration.
A successful partnership is key to your application success. The process can
be lengthy and complex, but by working together effectively, we can reduce your
stress and efficiently resolve issues related to the applications. As partners,
we share one goal: to help you gain admission to your desired school. We look
forward to a productive collaboration.
Communication Policy
- All official communication must be conducted via email.
- No WeChat/WhatsApp/SMS messages will be accepted for service-related discussions.
- We respond to application-related emails before 10:00 AM Beijing Time on business days.
- If the customer is temporarily unavailable (e.g., due to exams, internships), notify us promptly to adjust timelines.
- Voice calls must be scheduled 48 hours ahead and mutually approved in advance via Email.
Professional Conduct
- Maintain professional and civil conduct. Any disrespectful behavior
toward TEssay staff or other customers (including insults, threats, or offensive language) is
strictly prohibited.
- Do not use any derogatory language or engage in any form of harassment toward TEssay staff or other customers.
- No price shaming or unsolicited comments about our pricing, business model, or operations.
- No false or misleading information—all documents and details provided must be accurate and truthful.
- Requests must align with your purchased service tier. Additional services require separate payment.
- Report difficulties early—we’ll guide you through challenges.
Payment & Refund Policy
- All prices we offer are final and non-negotiable.
- Refunds (if applicable) follow the terms outlined in your service agreement.
Confidentiality & Responsibility
- We protect your data, but you are responsible for providing correct information.
- Misrepresentation (e.g., fake transcripts, fraudulent recommendations) voids all agreements.
Service Termination Policy
Violation of this code (e.g., disrespect, harassment, and provision of fake documents) will result in:
- Immediate termination of services.
Dispute Resolution
- Concerns must be submitted via email for formal review.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone violating this code.
